What Sets Our Railroad Services Apart
On-Time Delivery, Minimized Impact
Our railroad partners have a zero tolerance policy for unsafe project environments, and so do we. Our safety approach starts with project-specific planning that involves our project partners, too.
Our railroad project teams bring decades of combined experience working in live-rail environments. As a company, we’ve developed training programs to work effectively and safely within them.
We understand the importance of maintaining railroad schedules. As a result, we’re committed to preserve them by whatever means necessary, working within available windows of opportunity.
Communication is an essential part of railroad work, and we take every measure to ensure clear and transparent communication is maintained at every stage of a project for all parties involved.

Railroad Market Needs
Keeping Delivery Lines Running
Railroad shipping and delivery remains one of the most important means of product and material transportation in the Southeast and throughout the United States. Scott Bridge Company is proud of the role we play in supporting the supply chain for our communities.
Railroads play a critical role in the Southeast’s transportation network, serving as a reliable and efficient mode of moving goods and passengers across the region.
Many railroad bridges throughout the Southeast are aging and require significant repair, maintenance, and even replacement to ensure safe and reliable rail operations.
With the growing demand for freight transportation, the Southeast experiences additional strain on railroad bridges and increased need for inspections, repairs, and capacity expansions.
Railroad infrastructure must withstand the Southeast’s extreme weather events such as hurricanes and flooding to ensure continuity of rail operations and the region’s supply chain.
